The telephone service advisors in the Service Center of the Federal Employment Agency are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in shaping the image of the Federal Employment Agency in the public eye.

  • Your tasks and responsibilities

You answer incoming calls (inbound calls) and provide information on topics such as job and apprenticeship search, unemployment, and application and benefit matters in the field of the Social Code II.

You clarify and process customer inquiries with medium difficulty (e.g. providing information on benefits without discretionary authority) in the field of the Social Code II.
You also handle administrative and organizational tasks, such as updating data records or scheduling appointments (e.g. for a counseling session).
By processing incoming inquiries through the online channels of the job centers (e.g. eService, mailbox messages, contact form), you significantly contribute to a smooth workflow.
You call customers back for follow-up questions or at their request (
