    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as the VP of Sales for Glow Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations, strategies, and goals of our company. As the VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    1. Overall sales experience of minimum 15 years in the telecom industry with focus on selling engineering services.
    2. Education – Bachelor's degree is mandatory, Masters is preferred.
    3. Responsible for bringing in new engineering and deployment projects from telecom OEMs, service providers
    4. Key responsibility is to grow the existing accounts and hunt for new logos
    5. Individual contributor role , self motivated and proactive
    6. Strong rolodex of connects in at least one Tier-1 Service Provider and top OEM's in wireline, wireless and fiber domains. Must understand the organization structure of these potential clients and have strong connections with key people.
    7. Strong knowledge of network services including ORAN services, Cloud architecture, Automation, IMS services, Enterprise p5G end to end solutioning, RF and Fiber design and deployment, routing and switching, lab validation, integration and commissioning services, NFV, WiFi and DAS design and deployment, cyber security, technical project management services, NOC services, Data center/Edge data center design and deployment, 5G services.
    8. Must be able to strategize the account, plan for revenue growth and work on building an effective pipeline
    9. Must be able to travel as required and walk the corridors
    10. The role requires the person to be in office
