- Use tools to remove and re-install telephones.
- Unbox, inventory, document, Install, and Image computer systems.
- Assist with the installation of Network Surveillance Cameras
- Assist with the installation of Network Cabling
- Use network diagnostic tools.
- Document existing infrastructure using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist in installing audio-visual equipment, uninterruptible power supplies, surveillance cameras, and access points.
- Install and cable networked computing devices and peripherals.
- Use of Hand Tools (e.g. Screwdrivers, Knife, Pliers, Wire Cutters)
- Use of Power Tools (e.g. Drill / Impact Driver)
- Use an electronic device (College provided) with a barcode scanner and label printer.
- Maintain IT documentation to reflect configurations and setup accurately.
- Assist with the inventory equipment received/moved/surplus in the inventory system.
- Use a ticket system to document work and complete timecards on time.
- Use of software systems to check room availability.
- Travel to other campuses to work.
- Other duties as assigned or negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the College.

Position Summary
Delaware County Community College is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with deploying computers, telephones, surveillance cameras, and audio-visual equipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with our Helpdesk and Technical Services team to document and execute these deployments. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to various College locations for deployment tasks. The individual in this role is always expected to represent Delaware County Community College professionally.
