    What youll doThe UX Researcher reports to the Director of Product Design and collaborates with other agile, cross-functional teams to craft consistent and successful end-user experiences.

    In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing user research on the iSeatz platform as well as our existing and growing list of clients.

    Your ImpactApplication of UX ExpertisePlan and conduct moderated and unmoderated user testsSynthesize findings and serve as the subject matter expert for user behavior within the iSeatz platformCraft wireframes and other visuals to communicate needs and socialize findings to internal and external stakeholdersCollaboration with Internal and External TeamsCollaborate with product managers to identify potential research questions/topicsWork in tandem with your fellow Product Design teammates to communicate findings and additional test possibilitiesSync with Business Intelligence to provide user-behavior data insightsWhat you bring to the tableEmbodiment of the iSeatz core values of Accountability, Disciplined, and Impactful4+ years of proven work experience in UX research across web and mobile applicationsBachelors degree, above, or equivalent professional experience in research, human-computer interaction, computer science or related fieldSkilled in drafting wireframes using industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, or comparable programsMust present a portfolio of industry examples demonstrating step-by-step solutions to project requirementsExperience driving design decisions for e-commerce solutionsExperience working iteratively in cross-functional, agile environments alongside a geographically diverse teamAbility to readily admit to mistakes and quickly learn from them to make the product betterExcitement about making an impact by accomplishing smart work and reducing complexityBonus pointsAbility to solve problems quickly by identifying root causesUnderstanding that user experience is key above all else, and is best served by partnering with othersInterest in and curiosity about opportunities within Product Design and AccessibilityLocationThis role is remote and can be located anywhere inside the continental United States.
