We are currently seeking a German-speaking caretaker for a property in Hattersheim, located in White Meadow Lake, NJ.Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of common areas and apartments (during vacancies), maintenance of exterior and green areas, etc.
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and the property management. A wellgroomed appearance, professional demeanor, problemsolving skills, and a valid driver's license are required.
