The Team


In the financial department, motivated and numbers-oriented colleagues take care of the orderly and timely flow of all incoming and outgoing invoices, their punctual payment, and appropriate booking.

We ensure transparency and the accurate representation of the company's success and plan the numerical future of Vitafy Brands together with colleagues from other departments.


These tasks await you:


  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB for the group's companies based in Germany
  • Conducting inventory valuation and material bookings
  • Determination and booking of active and passive accruals
  • Booking of banks
  • Determination/verification of interest expenses and repayments
  • Review of subsidiary and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with other closing activities
  • Preparation of VAT returns, ZM, OSS
  • Advising operational units on accounting issues
  • Liaison with tax consultants and auditors
  • Further development of internal processes and procedures
We are looking for you

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and obtained a qualification as a certified accountant, or you have completed a degree with a focus on accounting
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have good written and spoken English skills
  • You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and are skilled in using common MS Office programs
  • You are highly committed and have strong teamwork skills
  • You also demonstrate initiative and a handson mentality in a dynamic environment
  • You have strong analytical skills
