Description

Review account activities for inventory quantity or price discrepancies and reconcile differences.

Prepare, examine, and analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards for China Headquarter.

Maintain and analyze periodical budgeted costs vs. actual costs report and report to management team. Examine financial information system to ensure proper data management. Lead annual physical inventory and asset count and prepare audit reports for external auditors. Identify and analyze purchase and receiving discrepancies and suggest process improvement. Prepare monthly reports on internal audit findings, including labor efficiency, inventory discrepancy, purchase price variance, and sales price accuracy. Review receiving records against vendor invoices and process invoices for payment. Maintain Yinlun TDI Morton site credit card purchase records and make monthly general ledger entry for them.

Utilize MRP system (Plex) to perform material requirement planning and coordinate with warehouse team to make sure the needs are met.

Review logistics performance using ERP system (Plex) and internal Excel shipping metrics reports against targets and benchmarks. Direct warehouse teams in prioritizing work assignments based on customer requests. Collaborate with sales, engineer, and operation team to meet customer requirements and minimize negative impacts on company businesses. Plan and maintain necessary inventories of materials or supplies via purchase requisitions to meet production and customer demands. Provide basic ERP training in regarding operation and accounting functions to new employees.

RequirementsRequirements:
Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field and 12 months experience in job offered or as an Accountant, Tax Associate, Account Coordinator, Auditor or a related occupation
