Our business division "Facility Management" covers the entire range of services of a sustainably integrated building management nationwide and ensures the holistic care of administrative, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure properties.

We are looking for a Facility Manager (m/f/d) from the technical field for our branch in Lichterfelde Berlin, in object management, starting immediately in full-time.

What to expect:

Holistic care of the property and ensuring contract fulfillment
Operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and restoration of building technical systems (including planning, coordination, and execution)
Contact person for customer inquiries regarding building operations
Management of the object team and planning of personnel deployment
Monitoring of contractual agreements
Management of subcontractors from various trades
Ensuring energy systems and operational optimization
Checking compliance with legal guidelines, standards, and occupational safety regulations

What sets you apart:

Completed training as a Bachelor / Master / Meister / Technician / Engineer (m/f/d) in building services engineering / electrical engineering / HVAC or facility management
Several years of professional experience in a similar position advantageous
First experience in a similar role
Understanding of common building technical systems (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical)
Willingness to take on responsibility for managing employees
Communication skills with organizational and coordination skills
Teamwork, reliability, commitment, and sense of responsibility
