Become a key player as a Business Operations Analyst**:
The position will partner with cross-functional teams, across multiple Adobe organizations, services and Geographic regions.

Your technical finance expertise in detailed analysis, keen attention to details to maintain large amount of data - is a large part of the work; as well as soft skills for effective partnership with matrixed and global teams.

Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:

All aspects of

Budget Management:
monthly Forecasting, Accruals

Capex/Opex treatment of spends; review SOWs and PRs for processing
Work with our suppliers to ensure invoicing are accurate, through reconcilation and approvals by business owners
Resource Management ensuring resource data are accurate on a daily basis
Process improvements to improve efficiency, optimization and scale.
Reporting and Dashboarding

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical work experience
Excel Expert, pivot tables, analysis
Ability to create project plans and ppt deck for executive audiences
Strong Excel skills formulas, scenario building, etc.
Basic knowledge with data management
Focus on data quality
A MUST
Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results
Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail
Selfstarter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity
Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
Experience in Business, Finance or Information Technology
PowerBI is Nice to Have

$ $67.00/hourly
