- Work directly with third party transportation and logistics companies to manage activities related to dispatching, routing, on time delivery compliance, and KPIs.
- Plan, organize, and collaborate with nationwide staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
- Review, manage, and analyze invoicing for all locations minding fiscal compliance.
- Work with operations manager and sales team to ensure optimum delivery schedules.
- Communicate and follow-up vendors and customers to ensure delivery schedules meet customer's needs.
- Comply with transportation-related policies, as well as safety rules, and government regulations.
- Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits and attending company safety meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least one year's experience in transportation, logistics, or similar industry.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work well with multiple and diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- CDL experience is a plus.
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
- Less than 10% travel required.

Currently we are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to assist with the logistics of our company's transportation-related activities. This position is based in our Bakersfield, CA facility, but will coordinate logistics activities with Hadco facilities nationwide.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM
