Head of Supply Chain and Customer Service

Location: Bavaria, Germany

The Company

We are currently seeking a Head of Supply Chain and Customer Service for our company in Bavaria, Germany. Our company is a global leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry, offering a wide range of services covering the entire value chain of pharmaceutical and dietary supplement development and production.

The Role

In this role, you will have professional and disciplinary responsibility for our Customer Service & Supply Chain departments, which consist of over 50 employees. You will be responsible for aligning and managing the entire process from sales planning to customer delivery, ensuring overall performance and continuity of supply and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and align the entire process from sales planning to customer delivery (end-to-end)
  • Monitor and adjust processes based on group and factory results, ensuring continuity of supply and delivery
  • Optimize existing processes and implement new ones in technical and organizational terms, in coordination with relevant specialist departments
  • Improve planning processes to ensure delivery reliability while also considering the economical use of materials and resources
  • Review logistics processes for new customer requirements and identify potential areas for optimization
