Specialist (m/f/d) for the Service Desk and IT Support of the Schools in the Offenbach District

This is a full-time position, but can also be filled part-time.

The IT department is responsible for the networks at 88 school locations, including the networks for education and school administration. In addition, the employees support around PCs, tablets, laptops, 2,650 digital boards, 400 printers, and 150 copier systems.

Your responsibilities:

  • 1st level support (telephone, remote, on-site): competent contact person for all IT-related issues in the school IT sector
  • Support for mobile devices, digital boards, OPS systems, and document cameras
  • Acceptance, analysis, prioritization, processing, and possible forwarding of inquiries and malfunctions via telephone, email, and ticket system
