Your tasks
- Assuming a central role in the entire lifecycle of our customer projects in Smithtown
- Analysis of our customers' business requirements through organization, conception, and execution of targeted requirement and innovation workshops
- Creating user stories and documentation, as well as describing acceptance criteria in close collaboration with customers and developers
- Proactive solution design with a focus on user experience and standards of our portfolio products
- Close collaboration with our software architecture team
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of our existing customer base through experience and innovative ideas
Your profile
- Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualifications
- Relevant consulting experience in the field of consulting for webshops or customer portals, ideally in the SAP CX portfolio (SAP Commerce Cloud)
- Knowledge of modern development methods such as agile development according to Scrum and Kanban
- Process- and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- Very good German and English skills
- Occasional travel required
