Job Description

During your internship, you will support us in planning and conducting internal events (e.g. workshops).
In addition, you will work in application management and will be responsible for reviewing application documents and independently coordinating application interviews.
In consultation with the managers, you will carry out the HR-related preparation of onboarding new employees.
Lastly, you will independently take on administrative tasks in personnel management (e.g. preparation of documents).

Qualifications

Education: Studies in the field of business administration, pedagogy, psychology or similar
Experience and know-how: proficient in using MS Office, ideally with first experience in human resources
Personality and work style: creative, committed, communicative, independent, organized, and solution-oriented
Enthusiasm: enjoyment of working in a team and collaborating
