Job Description


In order to ensure the high quality of our security services, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing compliance with our security standards in the federal authorities that commission us.


  • You are the central point of contact for the responsible parties of the client
  • You analyze weaknesses in the organizational processes related to the services to be provided and evaluate them
  • You have consulting skills for the targeted and taskoriented deployment of personnel resources
  • You identify potential for optimization in the interfaces between the service and the internal processes
  • You are responsible for evaluating and controlling the service delivery

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in security
  • Leadership experience desirable
  • Ideally, first experience in quality management
  • Good observation skills
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and polite manners

  • Empathy and assertiveness
