We are looking for a Shipping Specialist (m/f/d) for our shipping department in Sewanee, TN - Full-time

In 1937, we developed and launched the world's first 3-month overview wall calendar. Today, we are a fully integrated company with a focus on post-processing and an international customer base. Every year, our team of 80 employees produces millions of customized advertising calendars.


Your Profile:


  • Completed training as a freight forwarder, export clerk or similar
  • Solid professional experience in shipping and freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of export and customs processing
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

Your Responsibilities:

You will be the main contact person for all shipping-related matters


Your tasks will include:

  • Organizing and monitoring national and international shipments
  • Issuing delivery and export documents (customs processing)
  • Selecting freight service providers while considering economic aspects
  • Tracking shipments
