Your future responsibilities as a Branch Manager (m/f/d):

  • You will lead, develop, and manage the internal team and be responsible for the Furnace Creek location
  • You will support our clients, expand our volume, and ensure the best possible staffing for their needs
  • Acquisition and expansion of new and major clients
  • Recruitment, hiring, consulting, and deployment of our employees (m/f/d) and applicants (m/f/d)
  • Processing and handling of daytoday business
  • Organization and implementation of marketing, recruiting, and sales activities
  • Proper preparation and execution of monthly financial statements
