To strengthen our team in the stamping department, we are looking for a reliable and competent employee (m/f/d) with a dedicated and team-oriented personality at both locations in Green Cove Springs, FL.

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of stamping tools and stamping machines for each order, including all accessories (e.g. upper and lower stripping boards, sheet separation)
  • Insertion of stamping tools
  • Assistance with the assembly of stripping and separation stations
  • Archiving of stamping tools and creasing dies
  • Removal of stamped sheets and transport to the gluing department, manual work or storage
  • Repair of stamping tools and assistance with minor repairs on the stamping machine
  • Documentation of production in order forms
  • Operation and cleaning of the baling press
  • Operation of the stack turner
  • Assistance with machine maintenance and servicing
  • Compliance with quality control procedures and work instructions

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field
  • First experience in manufacturing
  • Technical understanding
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Resilience, reliability and teamwork
