Responsibilities:

As an employee for technical building management, you will be responsible for the care of existing and new buildings, as well as various technical systems.
This includes monitoring all technical processes, especially maintenance and safetyrelated testing of technical systems.
Coordinating and managing external service providers and accompanying them during construction measures is also part of your responsibilities.
You will conduct regular property inspections to identify technical defects and organize measures for troubleshooting and repairs.
