'We are a state-approved, young, small high school in independent sponsorship and work according to our motto "Individual paths to the Abitur". Harmonious work in small classes (3 to max. 22 students) with students from different cultures, as well as collaboration in a young teaching staff, characterize our school.

Tasks

To strengthen our teaching staff, we are looking for a teacher for the subject of sports in combination with one of the subjects Latin, German, philosophy, theater or history.

Prerequisite is a teaching and examination qualification for teaching at high schools (Second state examination or recognition of equivalence).

Qualifications

Regardless of the specific subjects we are looking for, our colleagues should bring the following:

Sense of responsibility (we have a great influence on the entire future life of our students, not just their professional success)
High commitment to students and pedagogical skills
Team spirit (we work as a teaching staff in a highly interconnected way)
Willingness to participate in further school development (there are many opportunities for shaping the school's operations and for taking initiative in our still young school)
A German Second State Examination for teaching at high schools or an equivalent qualification

Benefits:
We work closely and harmoniously together in a young, intercultural teaching staff.

Our teachers are employees of the sponsoring association. Their monthly gross salary is roughly equivalent to the TV-L salary table, but there is no collective bargaining agreement.
