Billing and Load Equipment Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our
Finance & Administration team at our branch in
Kassel, on a
full-time and
permanent basis,
starting immediately.

Your responsibilities will include:

You are a specialist You will be responsible for planning and procuring load equipment to ensure smooth logistics processes. Accurate recording and verification of equipment movements, as well as inventory management, are essential parts of your role. You will be responsible for invoicing load equipment usage and maintaining accurate records to ensure transparency and billing for our customers. You will also ensure timely communication of relevant information to internal and external parties.
