Job Description:
- Conducting configurations, adjustments, and background settings in the software for personnel deployment and time management
- Monitoring the entire deployment schedule for compliance with labor laws, etc.
- Setting up work time models and schedules in the system
- Creating evaluations and implementing standardized reports
- Serving as the central point of contact for our employees regarding all questions related to shift planning
- Training and guiding users
- Consulting with the employee council regarding work time models
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or nursing vocational training combined with additional qualifications and/or relevant experience in the areas of shift planning, personnel deployment planning, and time management, with consideration of labor law specifics in the hospital setting preferred
- Good knowledge of labor laws, general labor law, and collective bargaining agreement TVöD advantageous
- Analytical thinking and assertiveness
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs and good IT skills
