We are the municipal transport company of the Märkischer Kreis and its cities and municipalities. Every day, we welcome over customers on our buses and take them to their destination on 131 lines.In our administration, around 70 employees work in various departments and shape the mobility of the future.
The planning of routes and schedules, as well as tariff and revenue management, are just some of the tasks that need to be tackled, along with financial and accounting tasks and the human resources department.
In all of these areas, business professionals with their specialized knowledge are employed to drive innovation and progress in the MK.

- You will learn about and organize the entire office routine: from internal correspondence to business letters, from processing incoming and outgoing mail to scheduling and monitoring appointments.
- In our specialized departments such as finance and accounting, purchasing, human resources, and marketing and sales, you will learn about the diverse tasks of a business professional.
- In addition, you will gain insights into all other departments of our company, such as the legal department, as well as operations, planning, and control center.
