Over the course of 18 months, you will gain insights into various departments and prepare yourself for future leadership roles.

Your responsibilities:
Over the course of 18 months, you will rotate through the diverse departments of a BAUHAUS specialist center and bring new perspectives
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various departments, as well as the daily operations in sales, receiving goods, and at the cash register from different perspectives
You will assist the management of your specialist center with various tasks such as personnel management and marketing
You will support market analysis and evaluation of operational key figures, gradually expanding your analytical skills
