Responsibilities:


  • Direct collaboration with the commercial and technical regional management.
  • Organizing and handling correspondence with customers and suppliers.
  • Creating evaluations, templates, status reports, and presentations.
  • Digital document storage and database maintenance, as well as personnel management.
  • Independent organization of all office management tasks (e.g. ordering).
  • Administrative support for the training officer and occupational safety.

Qualifications:


  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or similar qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably with industryspecific knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Lotus Notes is an advantage.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Quick comprehension and strong organizational skills.
  • Teamwork and commitment, as well as a systematic and independent work style.
