Your Profile - What do you bring?
- Experience in the field of telephone service (call center)
- Good with people and enjoy talking on the phone
- Customer orientation and helpfulness
- A confident and calm demeanor
- Technical understanding/interest in the automotive sector (necessary knowledge will also be provided and reinforced during training)
- Knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- Good English skills at a B1 level
- Additional European language skills are also welcome
