Your Profile - What do you bring?

  • Experience in the field of telephone service (call center)
  • Good with people and enjoy talking on the phone
  • Customer orientation and helpfulness
  • A confident and calm demeanor
  • Technical understanding/interest in the automotive sector (necessary knowledge will also be provided and reinforced during training)
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written
  • Good English skills at a B1 level
  • Additional European language skills are also welcome
