For a nursing home in the Haßfurt area, we are currently looking for an experienced facility manager to start immediately or at the earliest possible date.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and controlling the facility's finances
- Employee retention and leadership
- Development and support of all employees
- Occupancy management
- Maintaining relationships with authorities, doctors, and regulatory agencies
- Point of contact for residents and their families, etc.
Your qualifications:
- A degree in nursing or healthcare management
- Alternatively, a nursing education with completed training as a facility manager
- Professional and leadership experience in nursing homes
