We are currently seeking a Commercial Dispatch Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Dülmen.


Your responsibilities include...
- implementing administrative tasks in the areas of tour planning, employee scheduling, sales, order processing, and driver support
- documenting customer communication in our system
- conducting employee meetings
- being available for on-call duty (including weekends)
- collaborating with the sales department
- participating in relevant audits.


You bring with you...
- a completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant and/or in the commercial field
- experience in dispatching is desirable, but we also welcome career changers with the appropriate qualifications
- enjoyment in problem-solving
- stress resistance and perseverance
- knowledge of MS Office applications
- excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- strong assertiveness and communication skills
- independent, cross-functional, and solution-oriented work style.
