IT Specialist (m/f/d) for Support and Client Management

Full-time or part-time

starting at the earliest possible date

What to expect:

Supporting users in the software and hardware area (1st and 2nd level support via ticket system) and documenting malfunctions
Installation, configuration, and support of IT devices (PC, notebook, tablet, printer)
Team support for the hotline
Application installation and maintenance
Assisting with server maintenance
Participation in projects
On-call duty

Who you are:

You are a trained IT specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
You have experience in administering Microsoft products (MS Office, Windows client/server, AD, Exchange) and network administration
You are a team player with good communication skills
You are a structured and solution-oriented
