We are currently looking for:
Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for our popular client in North Lakes, AK.

Your daily tasks:

  • Salesoriented customer consultation and needs analysis in inbound and outbound telephone calls for all services and products in the telecommunications sector in the B2C area, no cold calling
  • As a contact person, you are the voice in the sales and service department
  • Processing and forwarding of customer inquiries in writing
  • Processing of customer processes in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Administrative tasks in MS Office
  • Proactive participation in optimizing internal processes

Your qualifications:

  • A friendly, open and sociable personality
  • First experience in dealing with customers, whether on the phone or in person career changers are also welcome
  • A structured and organized, independent way of working
  • Patient and always friendly interaction with customers and partners
  • Proficient in using MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
