**Your responsibilities

As a working student (m/f/d) in HR
Organizational Management, you should have completed at least three semesters of study.
Previous experience with the Success Factors Employee Central/Organizational Management tool and/or SAP HCM is advantageous for this position.
Your strong IT affinity sets you apart.
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in HR processes.
Good English skills complete your qualifications.

Do you want to support us in implementing the new SuccessFactors Employee Central tool? Then you can contribute for at least 6 months:

As a working student (m/f/d) in the HR
Organizational Management (OM) department, you will support your team in managing the administration of SF Employee Central Organizational Management and associated master data in close coordination with HR and the business department.
You will contribute to ensuring data quality and the correct execution of HR processes in the area of organizational management, including position management.
Your tasks also include supporting the requirements gathering, coordination, and implementation of organizational changes in the system, as well as mapping the organizational structure.
You will assist in managing HR roles, business rules, and permissions in close coordination with internal IT teams.
