To support our residential properties in Hamburg, we are looking for a motivated caretaker to join our team as soon as possible in Mina, NV.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You ensure the proper, safe, and clean condition of our residential and commercial buildings and are the first point of contact for tenants, maintenance, and repair companies.
  • You conduct inspections and checks of the buildings, including outdoor areas, to identify potential hazards.
  • You take on tasks related to traffic safety and monitoring.
  • You maintain the outdoor areas of our residential and commercial buildings.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed vocational training and/or work experience in areas such as caretaking or landscaping.
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with good manners and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Loyalty and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Possession of a Class B driver's license is desirable but not mandatory.
