Your responsibilities:


  • Redesigning processes in collaboration with responsible parties
  • Developing content with process owners (including cooperation partners)
  • Standardizing process content and presentation
  • Assisting in identifying critical weaknesses
  • Developing missing overviews/interfaces
  • Formal evaluation of content for quality, relevance, and clarity
  • Coordinating meetings

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics) or a comparable scientific/technical qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of process comparison and ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:201
  • Teamwork in a crossfunctional and international environment
  • Structured and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Negotiation skills
