Responsibilities:


As the "Welcome Ambassador", you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the early and late shifts, responsible for reception, advice, and assistance.

Your tasks will include check-in and check-out, as well as reservation handling. Professional telephone and email communication are also part of your duties.
