Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities

Processing of billing transactions in device, energy, and meter management
Plausibility checks and data entry of meter readings in the system
Maintenance of master data for new and existing customers
Independent handling and optimization of projects
Participation in continuous improvement processes

Professional Requirements

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
High service orientation and willingness to work onsite with clients
Good PC skills, ideally experience with industryspecific software solutions such as SAP, IS-U, easy+
Enjoyment of new challenges and projects
Teamwork and a structured, goaloriented, and reliable work style
Previous knowledge in the energy industry is desirable
