The Catholic Workers' Movement is a nationwide professional association with social and occupational policy objectives. We offer our members legal protection in all matters of labor and social law.


With our educational work, we address existing issues and interests of citizens, prepare them for work in adult education, and provide a basis for cultural, political, and democratic education.

Our political work is non-partisan and based on the central concerns of workers.


We are looking for an
employee for membership administration (m/f/d) for our diocesan association office in Munich
as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • General tasks in membership administration
  • Support and management of KAB members
  • Handling of all correspondence, including mail and telephone service
  • Organizational tasks for the ACA (Association of Christian Workers' Organizations)

We expect from you

  • General IT and specific PC skills (Word, Excel, database)
  • Proficiency in the German language and spelling
  • Independent work style, enjoyment of organizing, and a positive attitude towards teamwork
  • Preferably experience in association work
  • A positive attitude towards the goals of our association, which are based on Catholic values
  • Enjoyment and empathy in dealing with people
