  • You support our team in creating documents and graphics, as well as writing reports (possibly based on keywords) and gathering missing information
  • You also assist with administrative and commercial sales tasks
  • Show us your talent in tracking and collecting customer payments through active telephone debt management
  • You keep a complete overview of customer inquiries regarding outstanding payments and take care of maintaining clarification forms in SAP
  • You also make a sustainable contribution to a positive cash flow and work as part of a team of experienced professionals
  • Your tasks also include supporting commercial order processing: you help capture incoming orders, monitor order backlog and payment receipts, and assist in creating invoices for our customers
