We are currently looking for an educator (m/f/d) or pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for the children and youth sector, to start immediately in a full-time or part-time position.

Your place of work will be in a residential group, where young people between the ages of 8 and 13 with different problems and backgrounds find a temporary home.

We offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Educating, caring for, and supporting children through individual relationship offers
  • Organizing leisure activities
  • Planning daily routines
  • Organizing and conducting group activities

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator (m/f/d), degree in social work, or recognition as a career changer (m/f/d) from a related profession such as childcare, special education, primary education, sports, art, theater, or music therapy
  • Good balance between professional closeness and distance
  • Confident and reflective handling of behavioral problems
  • Empathy and sense of humor
