The Problems You'll Solve
The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will support the coordination and execution of NYC Service's
Public-Private Partnership Team's work by providing ongoing support across our corporate volunteer
engagement programs.
Specifically, they will be responsible for:
technical assistance and guidance to
corporate partners, managing corporate communication, tracking, and updating all corporate contacts,
coordinating engagements, as well as spearheading the implementation and development of events
and initiatives. This position reports to the Public-Private Partnerships Manager. Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
_Corporate Partnerships & Connections _
- Maintain and continuously update internal tracking and record of corporate partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for NYC businesses who inquire about volunteer
- Continue recruitment of new partners and steward existing partners to become more involved
- Provide technical advice and support to New York City businesses that wish to develop
- Support the development of new volunteer opportunities to share with the business
_In-Kind Donation Campaigns and Other Engagement Initiatives _
- Lead implementation of key annual inkind donation drives, Secret Snowflake and Project
- Refine and update all existing programs and promotional materials.
- Lead the management of the promotion of drives and recruitment and coordination of
- Support in the planning and execution of mentoring initiatives, Speed Mentoring (onetime

Success Through Engaging Professionals (longer-term,
recurring mentoring workshops).
- Support the development of new engagement campaigns and employee engagement
- Collect impact stories and data of volunteer engagement to highlight business volunteerism
- Develop and implement strategies to assess the impact of campaign partners.
_Mayoral Service Recognition Awards & Program _
- Plan and execute the annual Mayoral Service Recognition Program and corresponding
- Lead and coordinate nomination committees to assist in the review and selection of applicants
- Lead the distribution of recognition certificates and support new ways to continue volunteer
_Businesses in Service (BiS) _
- Support in the planning and implementation of quarterly convenings of 50 business partners
- Manage the content for external communication, including LinkedIn, ensuring rich and curated
- Support the planning and execution of the annual stakeholder event.
_Advance NYC Service Mission, Values, and Goals _
- Represent NYC Service at select events.
- Be available on select weekends and on select evenings for projects.
- Provide project support with other service activities and programs, as needed, including
- Support City initiatives as needed, including but not limited to possible emergency response
About You
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma + 3 years relevant experience (Minimum)
