Job Description:
As a Sales Expert for ServiceNow, you will identify new opportunities and sales models for the use of ServiceNow with new and existing customers in order to digitize and automate holistic processes and workflows.
Your responsibilities in detail include:
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from customer acquisition to proposal creation to contract closure, involving ServiceNow Delivery, Financial Controlling, and other decisionmakers
- Acquiring new ServiceNow business from T-Systems customers through lead generation, lead qualification, and cold calling, in collaboration with our subsidiaries, ServiceNow, and external ServiceNow partners
- Additionally, developing new business through crossselling and upselling to existing ServiceNow customers within the T-Systems customer base
- Marketing assets to T-Systems customers or through subsidiaries and sales partners
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with ServiceNow decisionmakers at prospects and customers to identify new business opportunities
- Developing, presenting, and negotiating ServiceNow solutions and implementation approaches, potentially involving Professional Services
- Qualified forecasting of the sales pipeline and consistent opportunity management in our CRM system
- Achieving set sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure steady and profitable revenue growth, in dialogue with T-Systems Partner Management and ServiceNow
- Close collaboration with the Account and Deal Management team, as well as with ServiceNow experts from Delivery
Profile:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable completed vocational training and possess in-depth knowledge in
