Your tasks:


  • As a contact person for our nontariff and executive employees, you advise on all personnelrelated matters
  • In addition, you are responsible for handling complex personnel and labor law issues
  • In your area of responsibility, you are also responsible for master data maintenance and administrative processes
  • You take on tasks related to daily office organization
  • You holistically support the employee lifecycle of our executives and work constructively with the works council and employee representative committee
  • Together with your colleagues, you regularly proactively optimize your area of responsibility and actively participate in HRwide (digitalization) projects
