The Müfaz is a place of encounter and participation. We foster an open atmosphere where new visitors of all backgrounds and origins are welcomed and valued with hospitality. In line with this, we have planned our new project, the "Market of Possibilities".

For this, we are looking for a temporary Project Coordinator (all genders) to join our team.

20 hours/week from to

Specific tasks:

  • Managing the "market stand" on Tuesday afternoons from 12:00 18:00 and Friday mornings from 8:00 13:00
  • Friendly and individual approach to market visitors
  • Designing the market stand
  • Generating ideas and implementing them to bring people together
  • Encouraging experimentation and collaboration
  • Promoting and sharing information about Müfaz's offerings
  • Finding and coordinating volunteers
  • Organizing and managing the project
  • Creating a positive atmosphere
  • Collaborating with other areas of the house
  • Attending team meetings
