Customer Advisors for Corporate Clients (m/f/d)

Full-time, 35 hours/week

Your responsibilities:

  • Your main focus will be advising and supporting employers on social security matters, such as contribution calculations (health insurance, unemployment insurance, pension insurance, longterm care insurance), reporting, financing, payroll, and choosing a health insurance company.
  • You will handle the processing of claims and be able to quickly and customerorientedly solve complex issues.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for clarifying ongoing contribution accounts and creating and maintaining employer accounts.

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a social insurance specialist or a comparable commercial training, such as tax clerk, administrative clerk, legal assistant, personnel clerk, bank clerk, savings bank clerk, or insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d).
  • You possess a high level of service and customer orientation, as well as good comprehension skills.
  • We also require proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
