As a construction manager in Pottawattamie Park, IN, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth construction process and will be the central point of contact for all your construction projects.

In short, all information will flow through you - you will plan, coordinate, and organize everything related to the construction sites.


Responsibilities:

  • You will plan and coordinate the trades, monitor adherence to cost plans, and ensure compliance with quality requirements according to our construction and installation regulations and work planning.
  • For this, you will communicate with the involved craftsmen, make agreements, and document them in writing.
  • You will conduct inspections of our ongoing construction sites.
  • You will prepare construction progress reports and submit them to the accounting department for invoicing.
  • You will always have an overview of the status of all construction sites.
  • You will resolve warranty issues, taking into account all economic and customeroriented aspects.
  • You will be the solutionoriented contact person for all parties involved in the construction process regarding technical questions.
  • You will conduct construction inspections with our clients.

Qualifications:

  • You are able to apply the contents of construction contract law and VOB/B as well as relevant content of the German Civil Code in practice.
  • You have practical knowledge in handling planning documents, such as construction drawings, structural plans, and building physics proofs.
  • Your customer service orientation is above average, as well as your ability for entrepreneurial thinking, commercial sense, and cost awareness.
