    They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Drug Recovery Program Manager to lead the Reintegration program's daily function and overall operation.


    Your Role:
    Director of Outpatient Program Services

    They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director to be responsible for daily activities and supervision of outpatient program services.


    Your responsibilities will include:
    Provide training and supervision of all clinical staff.


    Ensures programs function with clinical integrity and maintains compliance with licensure standards, policies and procedures, HIPAA, and all applicable confidentiality laws.

    Oversee the outcome-driven planning, implementation and evaluation of programs.

    Conducts searches for relevant funding opportunities.


    Development of and writing contracts in connection with operational staff, as well as grants to submit for funding, employment, and training.

    Analyze program data to determine the impact of programs and plan strategically.

    Assures programs are performing for value-based payment structure

    Evaluate and implement evidence-based clinical and psychoeducational curricula and best practices for all programs.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in drug recovery or related field

    Strong leadership and organizational skills

    Compassion and dedication to supporting individuals on their recovery journey

    Effective communication and collaboration abilities


    Minimum Education:

    LCSW
    Minimum Experience: 3 years experience in supervising behavioral health services program.

    Registration:
    Advanced CASAC and/or Master level QHP

    Preferred:
    Master-level QHP with CASAC- Advanced
