    Description

    BBI is a well-established IT consulting services provider, deeply involved in the cutting-edge digital technology landscape. We work closely with our clients, offering specialized solutions in niche technologies.

    Currently, we are looking for a Director of Sales who will play a key role in identifying and securing Data Engineering Solution services for new clients, thus creating fresh revenue streams for BBI.

    Job Duties:

    • Thoroughly understand and convey the unique BBI value proposition to clients with genuine enthusiasm to contribute to their success
    • Lead the sales process, foster agreement, and mobilize all essential resources to achieve revenue targets for your designated region
    • Proactively seek out and engage with potential prospects to expand the client base
    • Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses to effectively articulate the BBI competitive advantages
    • Engage in various activities (calls, client visits, networking, leads, off-site meetings, etc.) to uncover sales opportunities and build strong client relationships across different levels in new accounts
    • Swiftly identify and assess opportunities, and organize necessary resources internally and externally to present and secure new business
    • Participate in crafting compelling proposals that outline the business solution, delivery approach, resource needs, and overall value proposition
    • Negotiate using appropriate Solution Selling techniques to secure profitable business deals
    • Devise successful strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas for both new sales and existing account growth

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions and staff augmentation services
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership, preferably within the data consulting services sector
    • Deep understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and data consulting services
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

    • Demonstrates profound knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and strategies
    • Strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and inspire a sales team
    • Can set clear goals, offer guidance and support, and foster a positive sales culture
    • Strategic thinking capability to develop sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives
    • Proficient in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and making data-driven decisions
    • Able to convey complex ideas, deliver compelling presentations, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
    • Skilled in building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships
    • Capable of recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales teams
    • Proficient in negotiating terms, handling objections, and cultivating mutually beneficial client relationships
    • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and competitive sales environment
