Your tasks:

Working in sales means being there for people and meeting their needs.

We are looking for you as a service-oriented individual who will take care of our customers' demands with expertise and dedication.

You will advise customers over the phone on our insurance products
You will assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right insurance products
You will analyze and review whether your customers' insurance coverage is suitable for their individual life situations and optimize their insurance situation
You will independently follow up on the quotes you have created and contribute to continuously expanding our customer base

Your profile:

Previous experience in telephone customer consultation (outbound and inbound) required
Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is desirable
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Service and customeroriented work style
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
