To strengthen our team at E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Technical Customer Service Network Connections (m/f/d) at our locations in Fürstenwalde/Spree, Potsdam or Demmin at the earliest possible date.
A challenging task
- Design, monitoring and administration of process support and technical support for connection processes
- Development of standards, guidelines for technical and contractual network connection business
- Product development, calculation, introduction and further development
- Conducting presentations and training on internal and external topics
- Development, organization and coordination of processes
- Implementation of process flows and processing guidelines for connection processing
- Development and establishment of quality management criteria, implementation and monitoring of technical controlling, as well as implementation of regional controlling tasks
- Participation in technical committees and associations, as well as support for installers and municipal utilities
- Technical support for regional district installer associations, guilds and municipal utility support
A convincing background
