Are you looking for exciting tasks and want to support us in accompanying young adolescents in a new concept?


We are currently looking for a pedagogical specialist as team leader for our two youth residential groups in Prenzlauer Berg and Alt-Hohenschönhausen (30 minutes by public transport).

There, we care for six teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 in a pedagogical double structure.

This conceptual orientation is made possible by a daily group service from 2:00 pm to 8:00 am with educational tasks, as well as an additional day and outdoor service for individual support, parental work, and school accompaniment.

The latter are responsible for case management and work closely with the team leader.

You will take on the pedagogical and organizational responsibility for the projects in consultation with the deputy and management. Your task is to achieve the pedagogical objectives and ensure the protection mandate in the facility.

In this context, appropriate personnel management, efficient financial management of the projects, and responsibility for the material equipment are necessary.


The working hours are flexibly distributed over five out of seven days/week, including public holidays, as well as on-call duty in rotation.

The training will be provided by the transferring head of the department and the deputy. A division of tasks or focus with the deputy management is possible.
