V. is currently seeking a full-time employee (m/f/d) for the department of family support services. A degree in social pedagogy or a comparable education is required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating and organizing existing assignments, acquiring new assignments
Mediation and counseling within the framework of legal regulations, 20 SGB VIII, 27 SGB VIII, 38 SGB V, 45 SGB XI
Support for families, psychosocial counseling, referral to additional services
Collaboration and coordination with colleagues, family caregivers, and interns
Cooperation with the youth welfare office and youth welfare providers, participation in professional discussions, preparation and participation in care planning meetings
Participation in relevant working groups, cooperation with the Paritätischer as the umbrella organization
Further development of quality management
Maintaining statistics
Organizing and conducting public relations activities
Collaboration with management and administration, participation in team meetings and training events
